B2B Sales Representative

The B2B Sales Associate will act as a key account manager for their clients and ensure that client’s needs are understood and satisfied. This includes sales, payment confirmations, handling client complaints, and improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing existing key B2B accounts.
  • Maintain and create new online product listings across different e-commerce channels
  • Increase B2B customer portfolio through cold calls and creative marketing means.
  • Growing revenue from existing and new accounts, winbacks, through upsell/cross-sell.
  • Act as the main point of contact for walk-in and E-Commerce customers.
  • Through constant learning, stay current about relevant trends and technical and marketing innovations in the industry.
  • Work with the Inventory team to ensure order accuracy and timely processing and delivery.
  • Analyze customer data to identify preferences and trends.
  • Responsible for analyzing order placement, pricing, and quantities for itemized products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and work closely with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for weekly promotions and campaign artwork to be sent to B2B customer groups.
  • Assist in the receiving, storage, and security of inventory as and when required.
  • Generate new leads and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develops relationships and trust with all buying team members by listening to their concerns and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Responds to customer concerns in a timely fashion, including follow-up with additional data and proposed solutions.
  • Develop a strategy to improve any areas that are not meeting account/customer needs and address these with Sales
Qualifications
  • Education/Experience: 1-3 years of B2B Sales experience or equivalent experience required.
  • Telecom-related sales experience is a definite asset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, networking, persistence, active listening, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, Urdu/Hindi, and Punjabi.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions, ability to calculate percentages and ratios. Must be able to make changes in Canadian monetary units.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs/Sheets), MS Office, and Digital platforms.
  • Ability to multi-task, and be flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. It may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
