B2B Sales Associate

The B2B Sales Associate is primarily a revenue generator by understanding customer needs, offering solutions to fulfil them and acts as the client advocate with internal departments to ensure that high value/key client needs are understood and satisfied. This includes sales, payment confirmations, timely shipments, handling client complaints, and improving the overall customer experience.

  • 1-2 years retail sales experience, preferably in the mobile phones and accessories retail environment.
  • Minimum High School Diploma. 2 year Higher Diploma or to 4 year business degree preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel competency.
  • Familiar with technology platforms to create and process sales workflow
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills to effectively engage with customers over email,
  • phone, WhatsApp and face to face.
  • Manage and grow customer portfolio through proactive prospecting of existing customers and prospects
  • Ability to understand customer needs, identify and offer solutions, close deals and sustain relationships
  • Ability to document and report daily sales activities and performance reports.
  • A natural people’s person with ability to manage different types of customer behaviors work under stress
  • Support all back end teams such as receiving, shipping, merchandising whenever required to do so
Inventory Associate

The B2B Inventory Associate will partner with our B2B sales team in fulfillment of B2B orders and provide in-store support for merchandising and help with large shipments. The incumbent will also help out on the sales floor if needed by selling and taking customer orders, and work closely with inventory receiving and shipping for large shipments.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Warehouse/Shipping/Merchandising environment will be an asset
  • Must be able to move or lift up to 40lbs in weight
  • Must be able to read and write English and well versed in using computers
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Should have the dexterity to be able to pack and tape up delivery boxes personable, courteous and presentable
  • good customer engagement and communication skills keen to learn
