What sales tax do you charge?

We charge a 13% HST for customers located in Ontario. For orders shipped to other provinces, we apply the respective provincial tax rate. For example, products shipped to Alberta are subject to a 5% GST.

What payment terms do you offer?

Our business operates on a pre-pay model, requiring you to e-transfer the funds before we ship out your order. This ensures that your stock is reserved and promptly dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 days return policy on specified products after adjusting for a 15% processing and restocking fee.

How long does it take to process Returned Merchandise (RMA)?

Under normal circumstances, it takes 3 to 5 days after receiving the returned product to inspect, verify the cause of damage, and determine whether it is due to a manufacturing defect or other factors. To facilitate this process, please complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form sent via email. This allows us to gather details, track the return, and process it promptly.

Where are you located and what are your business hours?

We are located at 401 Traders Boulevard, Mississauga. You’re welcome to visit our store during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Do you offer Volume discounts?

Yes, in addition to the volume-based pricing already listed, we are open to offering competitive pricing for higher volumes. Please call us at (647) 853-5603 to discuss your specific needs.

Do you test Openbox and refurbished cell phone’s before shipping them?

All our open box and refurbished / pre owned phones undergo a rigorous 40 inspection points test to determine grade and quality.

Which courier services are commonly used ?

We use UPS, Purolator and Canada Post, depending on your location and shipping method selected, to provide all our customers the best value and most economical shipping costs.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It depends on location of the destination from our shipping hub in warehouse in Mississauga, Canada, the shipping company, the shipment method and shipment priority. All orders received before 2 pm are shipped out the same day. We offer Standard (3-4 Business Days) and Next Day (1 Business Day) shipping.

Do I have to pay for return shipping if I want to exchange a product?

Yes.

Can individuals buy from CellnTell?

We are wholesalers and only sell to bonafide retailers / resellers, sub wholesalers, national retail distribution chains and bulk buying corporate customers only.

Are there minimum order / purchase quantities requirement’s?

No we do not. We want to ensure that you purchase the quantities you need, sell them as fast as you can and reorder. We are here to facilitate and grow your business.

How do I register my business account with Cellntell?

Do I need to be a registered business to signup with you?

Yes, we prefer that your business is registered. However, if it’s not, please provide more details about your business when our team contacts you. They will then determine the next steps based on your specific situation.
